The rolling hills of Tuscany are a central part of the LA CORSA experience. This terrain offers some of the best cycling in the world, including the remarkable roads and legendary climbs of the Strade Bianche. With different routes every day you can enjoy varied, challenging and inspiring cycling.
“Whether you’re looking to fire up the climbs or take in the sights and smells at a more moderate tempo, we’ll show you all the little things that make Tuscany the destination of choice for so many of the peloton’s top professionals.”
— Andy Mackie, Tour Director, LA CORSA.

We provide full mechanical and soigneur support, including on-bike nutrition, a post ride massage and daily kit laundering. So that all you have to do is pedal, we work constantly in the background to ensure that we have everything covered.
We also want to make you look the part. We provide you with custom LA CORSA kit. Each guest receives a personalised bag containing race-cut jersey and bib shorts, socks, cap, and water bottles.
LA CORSA know that in the world of cycling, relaxation isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. We take unwinding by the pool with an ice cold drink seriously. We also know how important privacy is to your relaxation and comfort. So our accommodation is all self-contained, double occupancy, so you can enjoy the natural peace and tranquility of the the Villa Sicelle without interruption.
We have the feeling that you might enjoy your food as much as we do. LA CORSA provide every meal, every day. And of course we provide great local wines for you to enjoy in the evening. We know you need to refuel, but we also know that eating is about so much more that that. LA CORSA is on a mission to take you to the best, most authentic, most satisfying trattoria and coffee stops Tuscany has to offer. We constantly evaluate, improve and research this vital part of the experience. No LA CORSA holiday would be complete without our famous classic Tuscan barbecue, customary after our longest cycle.
“The food was incredible but the stops along the way were fantastic too. Andy knows all the best cafes for cappuccino and espresso, and where to find the finest cornetto con crema o ciocolato.”
— Conor, South London.
A lover of cycling, Italy, fine food and wine, Andy created the LA CORSA experience, using his intimate knowledge of Tuscany. Andy prides himself on his local knowledge, from the best off-the-path stops for espresso con panna to the little bakery that serves the the sweetest torta. Once upon a time, Andy was well known for going quite quick on his bike, but then the others caught up. With decades of cycling experience as a racer and tour guide, he was into cycling before it became cool, racing alongside Bradley Wiggins and Chris Hoy… before the gold medals and knighthood. (Let’s be honest: he had an excellent view of their backsides before popping off the wheel.) Andy loves to share his passion for cycling and his experience, including all the special places, views, cafes and roads you won’t find in any guidebook.
A former professional squash player, Chris moved to Italy in 2007 to ride his bike in the best locale in the world. Suffering on a bike is his joy, and he can be found climbing the hills of Chianti seven days a week, whether guiding or riding alone. His cycling addiction is all-encompassing, and he’s always ready to discuss anything from the best-tasting sports gels to which café serves the strongest espresso. A tour guide in Tuscany, Chris is known throughout the area for his gravity-defying abilities on a bike; a Strava celebrity, he’s collected KOMs from well known pros on many of the most notable climbs. When not competing, Chris truly enjoys conversing with guests and sharing his knowledge and love of Italy. He’s never far away when anyone needs a push or a bottle — or wants to learn how he charmed an Italian beauty into becoming his wife.
Known by many loved by all. Jo, like Andy has been racing before it was cool, where it was more common to have rocks thrown at you for wearing lycra instead of a nodding approval today. Not only an accomplished cyclist representing Scotland in the womens road race at Manchester Jo is a qualified massage therapist. Jo is well known and respected by the cycling fraternity back in her home town of Edinburgh and anyone who meets her can’t go away without feeling enthused by her brimming passion, fun and infectious enthusiasm.
